Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — if you're outside the US, feel free to reach out at thebecomingletters@gmail.com and we'll let you know when that changes.

Shipping Cost Shipping is free. Always. No hidden fees at checkout.

When Orders Ship Letters go out on the 15th of every month. To receive that month's letter, your subscription must be active before the 15th. If you subscribe on or after the 15th, your first letter will ship the following month.

Delivery Timeframes Once your letter has shipped, US members typically receive it within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Because these are sent as thoughtfully curated mail packets, tracking information may not always be available. If you have concerns about delivery, don't hesitate to reach out.

Address Changes Need to update your shipping address? Email us at thebecomingletters@gmail.com before the 15th of the month and we'll make sure your letter goes to the right place.

Missing or Lost Letters If your letter doesn't arrive, contact us at thebecomingletters@gmail.com and we'll resend it or refund that month — whichever works best for you.

Gift Subscriptions Gift subscriptions ship directly to the recipient's address provided at checkout. Please double-check the address before completing your order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they've shipped.
